Project REAL is committed to helping individuals dealing with mental illness attain the highest level of independence possible in a respectful and comfortable environment.
If you or a loved one are interested in participating in the Project REAL program please speak to your case manager, therapist, or psychiatrist about completing an application.
APPLICANTS MUST:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Voluntarily enter the program
- Not pose a threat to themselves nor others
- Be free from alcohol and/or substance abuse
- Be involved in individual and/or group therapy
